New: Richard Account Logins!

Great news, everyone! As part of our continuing commitment to improve our services to you, Richard Photo Lab has introduced account logins.

It's pretty simple: using your email and a password, you'll create one account login that you use to sign in and place orders for both film developing services (via Richard's Online Film Ordering) and photo printing services (via ROES).

WHY USE RICHARD ACCOUNTS?

They allow for easy tracking of all your various film & print orders when you call the lab, plus your shipping & billing info will stay consistent across all your orders. If you have any account preferences, such as a personalized Color PAC or a monthly/yearly film negative hold, they can now be recorded in your account to ensure they're on every order you place!

STARTING YOUR ACCOUNT

Have you been using Richard's Online Film Ordering recently? Then you already have an account! Just be ready to enter your email and password the next time you head to ROES.

Have you used ROES before? You will still need to create login credentials to continue placing orders under your account.

HAVING TROUBLE?

Because of this update, you may see an error message the first time you open ROES that is similar to this:

If you see this error message, simply click "Check My Information" to proceed to the ROES login page. Then, enter your email and password to sign in to your account.
